Renae Stringer, can you sum her up in one word? No, but if I had to, I’d go with amazing. We were down in Orange Beach on a family and friends trip to vacation and find a condo. Renae was super organized and took us to multiple properties that we wanted to see and that she thought would fit what we were looking for. She knows the area like the back of her hand and has historical insight on all the properties and locations from being a lifelong native of the area and her years as a Realtor serving the community. After several days and multiple properties we saw many we liked and narrowed it down to two. As we sat on the sugar sands of Orange Beach outside our rental condo enjoying some sun & fun thinking about which property we wanted to make an offer on, Renae trekked through the sand down to us to let us know one of the properties was no longer available. She then said “you all seem to really like this property based on our conversations this week ”. We all agreed that we loved everything about the property. Renae walked off to make a call and comes back to tell us she knew someone in this condo who had a unit on the market in the past and would possibly be interested in selling. She got us in the unit about 15 min later to take a look and we knew it was the one. Within a couple hours we had a deal in motion. That is the power of Renae with her connections and familiarity of the local area. She is now part of our family and circle of friends and always makes time when she knows we’re coming down to Orange Beach. If you’re looking for a hardworking, honest, humble and call it like it is Real Estate Professional that’s passionate about her work and even more so about her clients then Renae is the the one!!

Renae Stringer is a phenomenal realtor!!! I have had the experience of selling and purchasing a few homes and I have NEVER had a realtor work so hard for me. She listens and is always available for phone calls, texts and emails. If I had a question or concern, she would always respond no matter what time of day or night it was and if she didn't know the answer she would get the answer then and there! Overall Renae is exceptionally knowledgeable, very patient and VERY dedicated to her client!! Looking for and buying a house during a pandemic was trying to begin with, and we had a horrible experience with our mortgage company - but Renae Stringer was tenacious on our behalf the entire process. We found her through Dave Ramsey's Endorsed Local Provider (ELP) program. She listened to our wants and requirements for a new-to-us home, and compiled a list of several homes in the Foley, Alabama area for us to see. She spent a day with us showing us the area and getting to know us better. Her honesty about houses, neighborhoods and areas was refreshing - she wasn't trying to sell us the most expensive or just any house, she was building a relationship with us and selling us our home. We had serious issues with our mortgage company - lack of communication, zero correspondence, too many hands in the process and then NO hands in the process. The whole frustrating experience was made easier when Renae would take her valuable time to repeatedly contact our Credit Union - staying on top of the situation. Her constant contact with us was a much needed comfort as we tried to navigate this process. Renae is determined, focused and above all, caring. The closing of our home came days after hurricane Sally, and Renae made checking on our home a priority, although she had her own home and damage to worry about (we were not in the area during the hurricane). We absolutely recommend Renae for anyone who is looking for a new home, or like us, relocating to the area.
