Bethany Hicks

Bethany Hicks is a local native with over 6 years as a licensed real estate agent and over 15 years in the real estate and construction industry. She received a B.S. in Political Science and a M.S. in Criminal Justice – both from Auburn University Montgomery. While working for a Montgomery political consultant, spending time as a stay at home mom, and serving as a paralegal for several local attorneys, Bethany was also helping her husband Matt with his residential construction and renovation business in design help, physical labor, and market analysis. When Matt decided to pursue a career in education, she decided to channel her real estate knowledge into helping people buy and sell properties.

Bethany is married to her high school sweetheart. They share three children – Keely (23) is a student at the Aveda Institute in Birmingham; Kennedy (20) is studying Biology at Auburn University; Andrew (17) is a junior at Prattville High School. Her husband Matt is a special education teacher and volunteer baseball coach at Prattville High School. She volunteers as a Court Appointed Special Advocate and is driven to help children who are in need. When not working or volunteering, Bethany loves to be outside and can often be found walking her husky/golden retriever mix Zeus, at the ballfield watching her son and his friends play baseball, or hanging with her family at the lake.

In both her personal and professional life, Bethany hopes to bring positivity and kindness to everyone she meets. Her goal is to make sure that each of her clients feel comfortable and at ease throughout the process by providing a clear understanding of the process and by being available to them when they need her.
