    Searched in various areas in different states for our "retirement home" and worked with various realtors through that process. After deciding on Foley we found Donna Fitts, and working with her was a blessing. She is not only a pleasure to deal with, she is THE BEST BY FAR...and in EVERY way. We were not looking for a million dollar home, like some of the clients Donna has worked with, but she treated us with as much respect and put forth as much effort on our behalf as if we actually were a million dollar client. Friendly, helpful, willing and certainly knowledgeable. Donna works for you because she CARES about you as a client....and the income she earns is justly deserved.     Donna was one of the best realtors I have dealt with. From the very first contact to the closing, Donna put fourth what being a Realtoe is about. This was an out of state transaction for us and Donna Fitts pretty much just helped us out when we couldn’t be there. Would highly recommend Donna for your Real Estate needs.

    Donna is a great negotiator who will do anything possible to make a deal, and get your home sold. She has helped us sell two homes in the Birmingham area. Both deals had demanding time frames. She made it work somehow and got both homes sold before the deadlines we gave her.

    I can't tell you enough good things about Donna. She helped us buy and sell. Our house sold within a week. When it came to buying she was patient, knowledgeable, easy to reach, and so helpful. She helped us with every step of the way from financing and closing to the home inspection. My husband and I are picky buyers, but she never rushed us and when above and beyond to help us find the right home. Hope we don't have to move any time soon, but if we did, I would be contacting her again for sure!

    Donna is extremely knowledgeable on how to market and sell your house. She did an outstanding job on selling my house; from giving me the price range, to staging the house and negotiating the offer. Donna answers all the questions that you have and gives you ideas to help you sell your house. She is a pro at this. Donna had my house sold in less than a week! I would recommend her to anyone.

    I would highly recommend Donna Fitts as your next realtor! My husband found Donna on the internet when she contacted us, in Virginia, states away! Donna was literally hands on from the start when she brought her own blower to our house to get it ready to show! Donna was very professional, positive and motivated! She listened to our concerns and frustrations and made us feel comfortable with her suggestions. We had an offer about 1 week after she listed the house (& it had been on the market for 6 months w/ NO offers). We have worked with many realtors over the last 8 years, and she was by far the best, most available, positive and hands on realtor we have used!
