    There are many Phoenix condominiums along the beach in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores, Alabama. Phoenix II is among the originals built in 1985. They are built strong and were able to open after Hurricane Sally very quickly while a lot of places were not able to for a long time. Phoenix I-IIII are all in a row and share a common entrance. As you might guess Phoenix II is between Phoenix I and III. All four condominiums are very similar and if you buy or stay at one you can use the amenities at all four. Phoenix II is a 100 unit building with 1-3 bedroom floorplans. Amenities at the Phoenix II building itself include an outdoor beachside pool, two hot tubs, a beachside kiddie pool, a fitness room with a view, a game room, racketball, tennis court, grills, and a sauna. It seems to have the largest amount of amenities at its building out of Pheonix I-IIII but again you can use the amenities at all four of them.

Well maintained and directly gulf front with private balconies for relaxing! This is a well established condo complex and boasts great rentals.

    The Phoenix II has many amenities! Indoor and outdoor pool, gym, and gathering area to mention a few. The short walk to white sandy beaches is a bonus! I have stayed in the Phoenix I and II many times on vacation. I have two sons that enjoyed these complex tremendously! The memories made here will last a lifetime!
