Brava Rotisserie Grill is a small eatery offering healthy and delicious food at an affordable price in the Indian Springs/Hoover area. Located in Valleydale Village on Caldwell Mill Road (there's also a location in downtown Birmingham), they have a great selection of sandwiches, platters and salads, a kids menu and they also serve wine and beer. There is an indoor and outdoor dining area, and if you call ahead - 205-995-0003 - you can pick up a dinner to go for those nights when you just don't want to cook. Catering services too......check out their website below for menu and other information. Everything I tried is really tasty and fresh. I tend to order one of their wraps or roll ups along with fries that are tossed with herbs and aged cheese and come with a dipping sauce that is divine. Highly recommended!
