I love coming to this restaurant so much! We recently celebrated our anniversary dinner here. And then I came back a few days later for lunch. I love the shrimp fondue, and made it my whole meal! Excellent staff.

I visited New Look Salon recently. Jennifer did such an amazing job of coloring and cutting my hair. Then I went back to the salon a week later so she could style it for my new business card photo. She even went the extra mile and did my makeup. At the same time, my 17-year-old daughter asked to use my hairstylist to get a perm! She visited Estee, who also did an amazing job on her long thick hair. I highly recommend this team of professionals! Clean, professional, and kind environment!
  • I just love local shopping and this boutique makes it so easy for me to shop right here in Enterprise. The owners hand pick every item. They inspect and feel the fabric and make sure that it is the quality that I expect. This is not an overpriced boutique. These fashions are reasonably priced.
  • Corks & Cattle is located in the historical Rawls Cotton Gin in Downtown Enterprise. What started as a butcher shop has now grown into a fun and lively dining atmosphere serving lunch, dinner, and Saturday brunch. Corks & Cattle's website states their main focus is still their butcher shop with meat options ranging from Certified Angus Beef, melt in your mouth pork, house ground hamburger, homemade sausages, local ground bison, local Wagyu, and fresh fish. If you love live music, be sure to visit Corks & Cattle on Saturday nights to catch local talent performing out on the patio. Also, Corks & Cattle houses a fully stocked bar, wine shop, and a general store filled with a plethora of local products.

Military and First Responder's were recognized and honored on Saturday, June 2, 2018. Rain delayed this important event that was scheduled for Memorial Day. Masterworks Community Choir led patriotic music, and distinguished guest speakers gave inspiring speeches and prayers about our community and those who dedicate their life to save and uphold our freedoms. Hand-Up volunteers provided lunch to all of the participants. I was proud to sing in the choir and take part in this important day.

Downtown Enterprise is a thriving community. Our Downtown Enterprise Business Association, DEBA, works hard to plan events for you. We had about 30 members present at the last meeting. I attend representing my husband Roy Hoobler's business, Hoobler Music. Roy is on the planning committee for the upcoming Boll Weevil Art Festival, May 12. Artists and vendors are encouraged to register by contacting All About Art, if interested. Upcoming events include Spring Fling on April 21, Sock Hop in September, and holiday events. DEBA also works hard with the Chamber of Commerce and city representatives to spruce up our downtown. I am proud to be a part of this amazing group of people!
  • Johnny Henderson Family Park is the largest one in Enterprise. It has ball fields, running track, dog's park, playground area, a beautiful lake, which i suggest to go one day to watch the sunset, and much more. If you haven't visited yet, plan to do it! You won't regret! Below is an YouTube video that I produced on the day of the festival. It's worth the look!
  • Johnny Henderson Family Park is located on highway 167. This park is a great place to pack a picnic and enjoy the day. There are nice paved walking trails through out the park and around the pond area. The park also has a large playground to include a splash pad for those hot days and a bark park for the four legged family members.

The Boll Weevil Mural is located on the corner of West College Street and Main in downtown Enterprise. The mural was painted by Wes Hardin to depict the story of Coffee County's encounter with the Boll Weevil in 1915.
  • Country Best Farm is located on highway 84 West about 1/2 mile from Boll Weevil Circle on the left. This u-pick farm has a family friendly atmosphere along with great produce. My family loves to go here and hand pick our strawberries every year. They have a variety of other u-pick items as well, ranging from peaches, satsumas, and blueberries. If you are in a hurry or just don't want to pick your own they offer pre-picked produce in house along with yummy homemade ice cream and baked goods.

Today I attended a Piano-A-Thon at Hoobler Music. Piano students and area pianists came to the store and played a few selections in an effort to raise money for Christian Mission, and their local food pantry. Christian Mission has a lot of services to help people get back on their feet, and the stores downtown present a donation spot for your unwanted household and clothing items. Shopping there, you can find great deals as well. I love being a part of such a giving community!
  • I had lunch at a new place today. Mimi K's is downtown, off of Main Street, in one of our historical buildings. They are currently open for lunch from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. or can be reserved for private evening events. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was bright and happy, and the service was great! I was lucky enough to be there while a group was in celebrating a 100th birthday party! That was icing on the cake for a great afternoon.
