I’ve been active in real estate since 2012 and currently serve clients across the River Region as a licensed REALTOR® with RE/MAX Cornerstone Plus. I’m proud to be a member of the Montgomery Area Association of REALTORS® and hold licenses in both Alabama and Oklahoma. My husband James and I have been married for over 30 years and moved to Prattville in 2016 when his career in logistics brought us back to Alabama. Together, we’ve raised six children and are now blessed with four precious grandchildren. After moving all across the country, we’re grateful to be rooted in this community.

Most importantly, my faith in Jesus Christ shapes how I live and serve others. I believe every client deserves honesty, excellence, and a listening ear.

    D’ANN PENDLEY is an Amazing person foremost who truly cares about her clients who quickly turn into friends. My husband and I were locating to the Montgomery area for work. We found D’ANN on Zillow after I inquired about a home for sale. We remained in contact through email, phone, and text discussing what type of home we would like to have and in what area of town.In October of 2018 we drove to Montgomery to look at the homes we had been talking about. D’ANN went all over the city with us in one day. That night we placed a bid, felt satisfied and returned home.D’ANN has many tools in her box and inspectors are one them. Which is particularly helpful when your from out of town. The inspector did find multiple things wrong with the home and the sellers did not want to fix anything, so back to the drawing board we went. D’ANN continued to review property listings for us and we returned in November 2018 to have another look. We found a home that suited us better than the first. We went forward with inspections and everything turned out well.D’ANN was always looking out for us and suggested we ask the sellers for a home warranty, they agreed. This was a great suggestion because homes in Montgomery tend to be older and things don’t always function as they seem. After moving in we discovered the home needed some repairs that we believed were covered under the home warranty. However, the warranty company told us they could not assist with the cost because they were pre-existing conditions. We alerted D’ANN and she reached into her toolbox and turned that NO into a YES!! D’ANN was with us every step of the way during the purchasing process and continued to walk with us after purchase. D’ANN knows the Montgomery area well and would be a great asset for you to have in your toolbox whether your buying or selling. She arranged for contractors to examine the house and ensure that I knew exactly what repairs would cost. She always made sure I had exact information.

She was very thorough with the entire process and went above and beyond to guide us through. She stayed on top of everything being sure all the lose ends were tied.
