Near what is locally known as "Shambo Curve," where Hwy 31 makes a sharp turn north toward Bay Minette and Stapleton, Whisper Woods' homes generally sell from $170,000 to $225,000. This subdivision feeds into Rockwell Elementary and then Spanish Fort Middle and High schools. There are no subdivision dues.
