    The Beachwalk is a great place if you want to be by all the action but have more of a homey feel then a condo complex. The Beachwalk is made up of 18 townhomes that are all two-story with parking underneath your unit. Its primary focus is on primary homeowners, secondary owners, and retirees. A couple of units are currently used as vacation rentals. It seems to be a very tight-knit community and is right across the street from the beach! A couple of rules that were mentioned are no more than six people in each unit and no dogs. It would be a great place to be if you want to be part of a community where everyone knows and helps each other out all while being across from the beach!
