    Primland is a new D.R. Horton development towards the end of County Rd. 12 in Foley. It is a great location in an area that isn't very busy however, you aren't far from town or the beaches at all. Primland is across from Glenlakes Golf Community and you could probably throw a rock and hit the Graham Creek Nature Preserve.

    Primland features 1800-3000 square feet homes that are gold fortified with prices starting around $240,000. It is in the Foley School District. The homes are pleasing to the eye with a mix of brick and hardie board exteriors and the HOA is currently $1000 a year. It will include an awesome community pool, tennis courts, a playground, and possibly a few other fun things that they didn't want to commit to 100% just yet. Once it is finished this development will have approximately 300 homes. It's in its first phase at this point so plenty to pick from at this point but don't wait too long! Neighborhoods this great fill up fast!
