    Shane was very friendly and patient with us. We were still living in Ga and trying to move to Fl. He would go and walk through the houses and then send me a recording so I could view the house.     Shane is a very diligent realtor. My sale was a long, drawn out deal and Shane worked through it. Over a year due to a divorce. It was a short sale. He is very knowledgeable.     Shane is very passionateabout his job. He has a wealth ou f knowledge and edcperience. Appointments were scheduled and attended in a timely manner. Shane was very informative and knowledgeable in the field of real estate. As a realtor broker, he possesses sound professionalism and sound judgement. He was always a step ahead of me. If I were pondering a question, he answered it in conversation before I was able question him. Also, he worked well with my tenant; by making feel at ease when the property was being shown. He went as far as to let her choose the best day and time to show the property. It was indeed a miracle, because my house sold within 3 weeks, and I received at least $15,000 more than the original quote.
