I was really impressed by Dana's professionalism, expertise, good advice and great assistance, she consistently provided during the process of selling my house! She was always so patient with me by promptly and thoroughly answering all my pertaining questions I had for her (be it via text, email or phone call, disregarding day or time)! Simultaneously she provided morale support when I was once again a bit frustrated about all the bureaucracy, from filling out forms to the inspections, etc.. She also has the great ability to improvise, interact between the parties involved, as well as find great alternatives by offering a good solution, where it would not just suit the seller's needs, but the buyer's needs as well! So that in the end all parties involved are happy, like it was in our case!It was indeed a pleasure working with her incl. her co-workers and office team. We were adamant about finding a gulf front condo (not one of those over-priced water views). Dana’s many years of experience and patience counted in our favor. The inventory of available condos was shrinking right before our eyes. The remaining inventory needed a lot of TLC.After deciding what we were willing to purchase, we gave Dana the list and she narrowed it down to the “most likely to succeed” list. Under Dana’s watchful eye we journeyed to the gulf to make a purchase. Her selection was spot on - we walked into one of her choices and it was perfect. We made an offer on the spot. As our offer was being submitted, the condo was taken off the market as it sold right out from under us. Dang!! This gave us confidence that Dana knew what she was doing and knew exactly what we were willing to purchase.Not giving up on a gulf front condo, we put our shopping on hold until the appropriate unit became available. Low and behold within a few days Dana suggested a new listing to us. By some weird coincidence, the condo was being sold with owner financing. After clarification of the exact terms of the owner financing and within hours of the condo listing, our offer was made. Dana’s timing was right on the with every detail.
