I am a wife, mother and Realtor/Broker. I love my job! I have lived in this area all my life. I know this community very well. I was on the PTA for years and 2 years Vice-President of Paine's PTA. I have said many times this job is ideal for my personality. I love meeting new wonderful people!

One of my favorite parts of my career is being able to negotiate on the behalf of my clients to get the best deal! I am a true believer in the Golden Rule. I will work to guide buyers through the entire process and help them find just the right home within their financial comfort zone. I do not believe in going above what you can afford and eating PB&J sandwiches every night. I have found a love in foreclosures/REO properties and new construction. I have received the Club of Excellence awards, Multi-Million Dollar Producer, RE/MAX Executive Club and RE/MAX 100% Club. Recently named One of Five "Trussville Tribune's Readers Top 5 Best Realtors in Trussville". I have achieved my Brokers license, e-Pro, (CRS) Certified Residential Specialist (only 4% of Realtors have this designation, highest designation an agent can achieve) and (ABR) Accredited Buyer Representative Designations from the National Association of Realtors.

I serve on the Birmingham Association of Realtors® MLS Technology Committee and Professional Development Committee (Committee Chair 2012), Alabama CRS Education Chair 2013, Alabama CRS Communications Chair 2014 and a member of the Womens Council of Realtors®.

With all of that said the most wonderful achievements I have are my two beautiful daughters! They are both such blessings and I could not be any more proud to be their mom!

Dede was amazing to work with during the process of selling my home. This was my first experience selling and she walked me through each step. Dede is very professional and wonderful to work with. Dede was very helpful in that she not only helped us purchase a new home from contract to construction, but she also advised us on how to prepare to sell of our previous home to get top dollar. We became aware of Dede through our daughter who purchased a new home using Dede's services. Our daughter was also satisfied with her professional advice and services in purchasing her new home. Dede was especially helpful in assisting us in dealing with the builder of our new home. I would recommend her to anyone who is purchasing or selling a home.

Our experience with David and Dede Markle was absolutely amazing. Their attention to detail and ability to get their client exactly what they are looking for is unmatched by anyone. David and Dede went above and beyond the call of duty as agents for our family and we truly appreciate them. No question was too silly and no request was too big for them and we could not imagine using anyone else. We honestly thought our house would never sell due to the location of the house, but they sold our home in a month and got our complete asking price. We were shocked! When purchasing our new home, David and Dede knew the right questions to ask and the things to ask for. I honestly feel they knew what we wanted out of our new home more than we did. Everything was perfectly handled and I am quite sure they handled all the little kinks without us even having to lift a finger. They are a true match when it comes to their qualities in agents which in turn makes the complete package. We highly recommend anyone and everyone to use David and Dede and know they will not be disappointed.

I would like to Thank Dede and David Markle for their professionalism and their perseverance to help sell our home for us. When we listed it we expected it would take around 120 days to sell and Dede and David found a buyer, and helped to get the deal closed in 41 days. Wow that is great customer service and they are really go getters. If you need to sell your home quickly and get what or near what you wanted to sell it for, this is your team, They were also very helpful in helping us get our home staged properly so it would show well. If they tell you that you need to move some furniture or reduce some things in a room, you should listen as everyone who came to our home commented on how well staged and clean it was. Lastly, they had a lot of contacts that we were able to use to get any fixes, inspections and anything else that needed to be done before and during the closing process. They are the best real estate team in the area and if you live in Trussville, Odenville or the surrounding areas, you should use them. They get the job done and help you the best experience possible for something that is normally very stressful. Thanks again Dede and David! You guys are great!
