I am Jennifer's husband & Parker's & Halle's dad. Since I haven't yet figured out how to make a living from striving for greatness in those roles I've had to find something else I love to do to support my family. I found what I was looking for in 1997 when I began my life as a Realtor. In the years since then I've helped countless families accomplish dreams & solve problems in and around the Birmingham area. In the past several years I've been ranked consistently among the top RE/MAX agents in the state of Alabama. I strive each day to put my clients' wants & needs above my own to help them achieve their goals. My family and I live in the Shelby County town of Chelsea and are involved in activities all over the Greater Birmingham area. This is such a great area with so much to offer. Many families move reluctantly to Birmingham from other areas of the country & then after getting settled in never want to leave.

    Bought a Single Family home in 2017 for approximately $250K in Chelsea, AL.
    Chad is fantastic. I could not have asked for a more knowledgeable real estate agent. His knowledge of the housing market, the area and all things real estate was remarkable. I don't think I have ever dealt with someone so responsive either. Usually within a matter of minute to an hour or so I either had a response via phone call, text or email. a true gem in today's society.
    I could not ask for better overall, and will definitely use him for any future real estate needs!!

    Sold a Single Family home in 2017 for approximately $250K in Chelsea, AL.
    A colleague referred Chad to us. He had just listed and sold their home and they were very pleased with his work. We had the same experience. Chad sat down with me and my wife and discussed our home and what we wanted to do. He walked through our home with us and made suggestions about what we should do to prepare for showing and then got it on the market right away. He made himself available after-hours and worked with me through the negotiations. Chad even had his own person come take care of a repair that an appraiser required - at his cost. Chad knew all of the agents that showed our home as well as the appraiser and the closing attorney. It was clear that he was well connected in the real estate market and was able to provide us with good feedback at every step of the process. Chad is pleasant to work with, he is honest, and cares about the people he works with. I highly recommend Chad as a real estate agent.

    sold house in less than 2 weeks. big asset is contacts with other agent and other companies. past success shows he is high performer. not a high pressure agent. knows the business and processes. took a while to close but never forgot about us.

    We listed our home in Chelsea Park with Chad earlier this summer. We talked with Chad initially because of his presence in the community and quickly decided he was the realtor for us. Chad was able to provide direction and recommendations for staging listing time and pricing strategy. He was able to present recent sold comps in the area as well as other listings which helped support his recommendation. We ultimately had an offer within 2 weeks of listing and closed with this first offer. Chad was always available by phone or text to communicate with us to provide updates, etc. I truly believe the reputation Chad has earned in the community helps sellers and buyers alike. If we ever need a realtor again, Chad will be our first call.
