Phyllis Olive

I met Phyllis when my sister and I, then 18 and 20 years old, were looking for a place to live while in college. Our parents worked full time and couldn't take off a lot of time to go look with us, so it was just the two of us, two dumb, young college students, trying to talk to agents, who didn't call us back or take us seriously because were young. Enter Phyllis, who knew what we needed before we did and who helped us even though we were young and dumb. A decade later, she helped our family sell the condo that housed us during such an important time in our lives, and the fact that she would listen to two kids that others ignored means more to us than she'll ever know.

Phyllis is an amazing Realtor !!! She is very honest and hard worker. She always has her clients interest in mind and will bend over backwards to help her client in any way possible ! She not only was our Realtor but a great friend. If we are ever in the need of a realtor she will be the only person we would call.

All I can say is that experience really does make the difference. I worked with Phyllis with selling my first home. There were a few issues along the way during that process and she handled them all with class and professionalism. She also worked with my parents to sell my childhood home and based on their feedback, she did an excellent job.
