Tracy Nunley is the Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Infinity located in the Shoals Area of North Alabama. The small boutique office takes pride in servicing the client with the utmost care and professional.
Tracy is known for outstanding client service, 24/7 availability, high tech marketing techniques, personal touches and as a skilled negotiator always having her client's best interests at heart. Tracy believes very strongly that it is not only her duty to represent her clients to the best of her ability, but also to educate them throughout every step of the process armed with top notch information along with market insight, so that her clients can make the best decision possible. Tracy is honest, sometimes telling clients things they might not want to hear, hard working and extremely knowledgeable about the real estate industry.
Tracy is a firm believer in giving back and is a proud supporter of Children's Miracle Network. Tracy donates, on behalf of her clients, a portion of each sale to CMN. Tracy also hosts fundraisers to support CMN every year. She was given the 2008 Individual of the Year Award by RE/MAX for the work she contributed to Children's Miracle Network. She also is a proud supporter for her local communities, along with her local animal shelters.
In her spare time, Tracy loves to be at home. Family vacations, which mostly involve a tropical location. is her favorite thing to do. The Nunley's family favorite vacation is to go on a cruise. Tracy says that's the one time we can "disconnect" from the daily grind, explore new places and enjoy each others company. Tracy also enjoys visiting local places in Florence and Muscle Shoals. She often states how lucky our area is and has so much to offer. She also enjoys spending time on Wilson Lake.

    Tracy is the consummate professional. She will have answers, or get them if necessary, to your questions. If she's busy with another client, you can be assured she will listen to any message you leave and call you as quickly as possible. In addition to her professionalism, she is very personable and friendly. We used her for both a home purchase and sale and were totally satisfied. We highly recommend her.

    Tracy is a great realtor! Tracy is very knowledgeable about the area and things that first time homebuyers need to consider. She was very patient and enthusiastic about our search, and answered our many calls and questions without hesitation.
