Gary was OUTSTANDING to work with. He was very knowledgeable and responsive to all of our questions throughout the whole process. I was always impressed with how quickly he got back to us when we had questions. We truly believe he wanted us to get the property WE really wanted and not just make a sale. Paige helped us get information we needed to make a decision on the property we ultimately purchased. I would definitely work with these two again!

Paige and Gary (Hutch Team) are simply the best realtors on coastal Alabama. The combination of 2 experienced realtors handling every detail, large and small, is priceless. They listed and closed our condo sale for top dollar and fast even in a declining market. The marketing campaign online with great images and multimedia created immediate interest. They listened to and highlighted every great aspect in our listing AND pointed out a needed improvement for buyers which paid off. Helping us buy our dream home was possible with their knowledge of the area developments, existing and new construction and insurance details. They showed us homes meeting our requirements even before we knew we were serious buyers. They were strong advocates for us as buyer's agents and went way above and beyond before, during and after closing. We very highly recommend them for buying or selling.
