RE/MAX Associates have the chance to better themselves through a wide variety of mediums such as conventions, conferences, one on one classes, CD-ROM courses, video courses, and online educational opportunities.
RE/MAX's firm commitment to agent training and support is one of the reasons that RE/MAX Associates average more sales per agent and hold more professional designations than other salespeople.RE/MAX of Alabama has established a quarterly program of sales and training sessions to continually train its associates in the real estate business. In addition, annual fall conventions feature internationally-known speakers who share the latest techniques and strategies with our sales associates and brokers.
In an effort provide low-cost training to a broader number of associates, RE/MAX created the innovative RE/MAX Satellite Network (RSN). Each month RSN provides over 60 hours of educational and motivational programming to offices via satellite. These courses allow associates to keep their knowledge current without the time and expense of travel. RE/MAX of Alabama has wholeheartedly embraced this new technology.
