University of MobileFounded in 1961, the University of Mobile is a private liberal arts college affiliated with the Southern Baptist Convention. An impressive 14:1 student to faculty ratio translates to a unique degree of personal attention for every undergraduate and graduate. The charming 800-acre campus is located just 10 minutes of downtown Mobile and about one hour from the beaches of the Gulf Coast. University of South AlabamaThe University of South Alabama offers a wide variety of professional, undergraduate and graduate degree programs. The university is well-known for it programs in medical fields and health care support. In addition to the main campus in Mobile, the University of South Alabama has off-campus sites in Brookley, Fairhope and Spring Hill. Additionally, the school operates three hospitals in the greater Mobile area: the University of South Alabama Medical Center, the USA Knollwood Park Hospital, and the USA Children and Women's Hospital. Faulkner State CollegeAs nationally accredited two-year colleges, each of the three Faulkner State College locations offers a prospective students a flexible mix of professional, certificate, and associate degree programs at low tuition rates. Faulkner State College has locations in Fairhope, Bay Minette, and at the Gulf Shores Center. Spring Hill CollegeThe first Catholic college in the southeast, Spring Hill College is a four-year liberal arts and sciences institution located on a 450-acre campus in Mobile. Accepting students of all religious denominations, Spring Hill is rare in that it provides guaranteed four-year housing in campus residence halls and apartments. As a result, 75% of the overall student body live on campus. |
